This book has been created to raise awareness of Heartfelt's service and to assist families when considering using our services.

Titled "Images from the Heart", a selection of Heartfelt images with the precious and personal stories behind them have been generously shared by some of the families we have looked after, giving an insight to what the images mean to families and what it is to be a Heartfelt Photographer.

We hope this book becomes a resource for social workers, midwives and carers to gently assist in supporting families to make an informed choice about whether to request Heartfelt's services. We also hope that in that moment, the families will feel a little less alone.

Our goal is to ensure every hospital across the country, that looks after families who could use Heartfelt's services, has a copy of the book.
